Just bought this bike brand new and one of the first mods I have done is to get my gear shift support fitted. Would recommend Racetorx everytime and always have them fitted to my bikes

I really didn’t think it was going to do all that much, to be honest. It wasn’t that expensive, and I like to add things to my bike, so I thought why not.
I was wrong.
After putting some miles on the bike with the gear shift support installed, all while trying to stay as objective as possible, I can honestly say that shifting is crisper, quicker and even the quick shifter seems to benefit from the support. I really love it!

8 months ago I purchased a junction valve and had the chance to fit it just 2 months later, finding a leaking o-ring.
Without much of a hope I contacted racetorx to see if a replacement seal was available and to exchange some thoughts about the installation, line routing and related stuff…. Behind a high end products company, I found a really good person. He helped me a lot, sent a whole new kit for free that has been lost in the shipping, sent another one without even knowing anything about me.
I’ve been told to keep the old valve as spare. I’m not used to deal with such professionalism, that actually went far beyond the loss of money…
The care, the service, are priceless.
The piece itself is a jewel as expected, looks great, works even better, but that’s not the point.

The support bracket arrived quickly complete with grease and sweets. Easy to fit with detailed instructions available on you tube. The difference after fitting is immediately noticeable with the oem clunk into first being reduced to a light click. Quickshifter is smoother after fitting. Well worth fitting even for just road use.

Basically eliminated the horrible sloppy free play in my KTM 1290 adventure throttle. Now feels rock solid without sacrificing the normal free movement of the throttle, great little product, highly recommended.

Installation was pretty easy, you just unscrew the throttle assembly, place the spacers and reassemble. You do need to be careful as they’re quite fragile but you get many spares. ‘Sticking’ the spacers in place with some grease or similar will mean that you’re much less likely to lose or break one. Once installed the spacers take up all the play in the throttle.

This kit won’t solve all of your snatchy throttle issues as the main issue is the aggressive fuel cut off in the KTM maps. However, taking the slack out of the throttle mechanism will make the bike far far easier to ride and the amount of power you get will be more predictable. I’m very glad I fitted them.

The part is super easy to install. I recommend ordering with the grease.
It noticeably improved the gear shifting and eliminated a lot of the false neutrals I had. Worth the investment IMO.

Took awhile before reviewing as i was trying to test the product. Tried it multiple times with and with the gear support and it sure does play a part on the shifting. One small item that does wonders. Don’t think, just buy it and fix it. Try it to know it. May be pricey to some, but it does help and gives a nice look as well.

Used your product at the Anglesey Grand race meeting at the weekend and it gave our Honda CBR600 a very positive gear change so absolutely thrilled with it thank you again

I must admit I posted a 1 star review as I broke 3 of my spacers trying to fit them without grease and in a cold environment so incorrectly in other words. I was contacted by the owner within the hour and refunded but also made aware of where I went wrong with the fitment in a very polite interesting conversation.

I usually buy useless shit for my bike, but this thing actually works, down shifting is was smoother and it’s not difficult to find neutral like before ( sometimes) so yes I highly recommend
