SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their destination country and for complying with all local import laws and regulations.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and other taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Racetorx Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country.

If customs charges or import taxes are refused by the customer, and the shipment is returned to Racetorx Ltd, any refund will be processed only after the goods have been received back in their original, unused condition. The refund will be less:

Any shipping costs paid by Racetorx Ltd.
Any return shipping charges.
Any customs, brokerage, handling, or carrier fees incurred.
Any applicable restocking fee.

If the returned shipment is damaged, incomplete, or destroyed during return transit or by customs authorities, no refund may be due.
