Racetorx thumb brake clamps are available in several options. Selecting the correct clamp is important to achieve the best fit and clearance for your motorcycle.
Standard 22mm Clamp
The Standard 22mm clamp is supplied with the majority of Racetorx thumb brake kits and is suitable for most motorcycles fitted with conventional 22mm handlebars.
Short (-10mm) 22mm Clamp
The Short (-10mm) clamp is a specialist option that is only required in rare circumstances. It is designed for motorcycles that have additional room above the thumb brake assembly, allowing the thumb brake to be positioned slightly higher to help improve fuel tank clearance. This version has been used successfully on motorcycles such as the Kawasaki ZX-6R (2000–2005) and Aprilia RSV4, but the Standard clamp remains the correct choice for the vast majority of installations.
28mm Fat Bar Clamp
A 28mm clamp option is available for unique circumstances fitted with oversized "fat bars". As fitment requirements vary, this option is not listed directly on our website. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm compatibility with your motorcycle and handlebar setup.
1" Clamp
The 1" clamp is designed for motorcycles fitted with 1-inch handlebars, including many Harley-Davidson models and other cruiser-style motorcycles.
