The OEM Yamaha Tenere 700 rear master cylinder isn't suitable for a dual-operation foot and thumb brake setup, so we went back to the drawing board and developed a new solution.
Our relocation bracket allows the fitment of a Kawasaki Z125 rear master cylinder, creating the perfect fit for our Racetorx Junction Valve while maintaining a clean, factory-style appearance.
We specifically chose the Z125 master cylinder because it's readily available and significantly more affordable than equivalent units found on larger cc motorcycles, helping to keep the overall conversion cost down without compromising performance.
This setup provides the ideal foundation for a fully integrated Racetorx Dual Foot & Thumb Brake System on the Tenere 700.
Important Information
This relocation bracket is designed to work with a Kawasaki Z125 rear master cylinder, which is not included and must be purchased separately by the customer to complete the installation.
To create a fully functional dual foot and thumb brake system, this bracket must be used in conjunction with the Racetorx Plug & Play Thumb Brake Kit (RTX300KIT).
The relocation bracket provides the correct mounting position for the Z125 master cylinder, allowing seamless integration with the Racetorx Junction Valve and Thumb Brake System while maintaining a clean, OEM-style appearance.
