RETURNS
RaceTorx Ltd reserves accepts returns for items in unused and unopened condition. Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless otherwise specified by RaceTorx Ltd. Opened and undamaged items may only be returned with the expressed consent of an authorized RaceTorx Ltd representative and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
WARRANTY
RaceTorx Ltd offers a lifetime warranty on all our products produced and sold excluding improper installation or failure to maintain.
LIABILITY
RaceTorx Ltd produces and sells items to include wear items requiring inspection and maintenance. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all items produced and sold by RaceTorx Ltd are professionally installed by a trained technician and used as intended. RaceTorx Ltd produces and sells items intended for closed course and competition environments. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure items purchased and used are within compliance of local and national laws and ordinances.
Per RaceTorx Ltd, all items are to be professionally installed by a trained technician. RaceTorx Ltd is not responsible for any failure resulting from improper use, improper installation, installation by someone other than a professionally trained technician, unapproved modification, or other related cause. RaceTorx Ltd reserves the right to request proof of professional installation in the event of a claim of defect or failure.
